Each night he personally places a call to every surgery patient from the day’s schedule to follow up, answer any postoperative questions and to make sure they’re doing well. “That’s an absolute in my practice, I check up on every patent personally.” Dr. Harris also prefers to forward the office phone to his personal cell phone in the evenings to ensure his patients can speak to him directly should they feel the need.
